Application Review
After you submit your application, our recruitment team will carefully review your qualifications and experience. We look for alignment with both the job requirements and our company values.
We also anonymise your data during the review process to ensure impartial evaluation and mitigate unconscious bias, creating a level playing field for all applicants to thrive!
Initial Screening
If your application catches our eye, we'll reach out for an initial conversation. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your skills, experience, and what motivates you.
Assessment
Depending on the role, there might be skills assessments or tasks to showcase your abilities. This step helps us understand how your skills align with the position.
Interview Round
Our Interview process is designed to make you comfortable and engaged. We have split it into two distinct parts.
Behavioural -with the hiring manager, the WHY of your decision making
Stakeholder - this may be a presentation or a round table depending on the role
Competency - the HOW you would do the role
In Person Interviews
Founder Interview - It's so important to us that our founders get to know everyone in the company and give their final stamp of approval!
'Bar Raiser' interview - this interview is given by someone on a different team to the one you'll be joining by someone who embodies the LDT culture. It's an opportunity for you to learn more about us and our people and give you a better view on if this is the company for you!
Offer and Onboarding
Congratulations! If you're the right fit for our team and vice versa, we'll extend an offer. Our onboarding process is designed to help you settle in quickly and smoothly.

Cycle Club 🚴♂️
They Cycling Club, is your go-to hub for connecting with fellow cycling enthusiasts at LDT. Our adventures have taken us through places like Regents Park and Richmond Park, and we've even ventured beyond London for longer rides. We we aim to provide a lovely bunch of bike nerds who will happily tag along for long days on the saddle.

Run Club 🏃♀️
In search of good vibes, not good times, the Bun Run is back! The Bun Runners will be exploring local cafes and pastry places for the best buns! (And a good cup of coffee).

Bouldering Club 🧗♂️
Come join the bouldering club with plans of hosting one or two events per month in central London. We aim to be a social club, ideally climbing the same sections of a wall as each other in order to provide a social atmosphere - though tackling different routes based on your own level.

Dev Book Club 📚
Every two weeks we invite a dev to present a talk on a topic they would like to discuss. We aim to help everyone learn new skills by discussing interesting software engineering topics, and create an expanding knowledge base of LDT specific tools and topics.

Football Club ⚽️
Kicking off a 5-a-side football club open to all employees at all abilities. Once a month we'll be booking an all weather astro-turf!
