We exist to inspire people across the world to come together and experience moments that make them feel alive.
We usually respond within a week
Let’s Do This provides the technology for Event Organizers (EOs) putting on mass participation endurance events including: event and program registration, fundraising and charity management, merchandise, memberships, corporate management, CRM, data infrastructure and more for EOs putting on mass participation endurance events (like a marathon). You will be responsible for partnering with new clients (either from signature or from Go Live) to ensure a seamless transition to our platform, and to deliver ongoing success for them.
The Role
This role will be central to our next phase of growth, and critical to our success in the US as we build on our track record in the UK. We are already working with some of the top events in the US, and that is growing rapidly. You will work closely with these event organizers to help them get started with Let’s Do This, and then get the most out of our platform. You will need to be a personable problem solver for these event organizers as they put on fantastic races across the country. You will be the voice of the customer, influencing our product roadmap, as well as making the most out of our existing solutions.
You’ll be reporting into the VP Sales & Partner Success, but will support many stakeholders cross functionally. This role will be based in the East Coast, and is largely remote, though there may be opportunities to spend regular time in our clients’ offices (potentially one day per week). There will be periods of time where newly signed relationships require in-person working sessions over a period of days for a seamless transition to our technology, so you will need to be willing to travel (across the US and to UK HQ as required) and be available for onsite support for the EO during certain blocks of time. This will likely include some weekends (with TOIL), as most events take place on a Saturday. Once your accounts are up and running, you’ll also travel for Quarterly Business Reviews ensuring we maintain regular and quality face time with our key US clients.
The salary range for this role will be between $95,000-$100,000.
Responsibilities
Maintain high satisfaction among EOs by cultivating personal relationships and embodying the brand.
Proactively address challenges by leveraging existing solutions, bridging the gap between the product team and EOs.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of our product, particularly its technical aspects.
Advocate for the needs and preferences of our customers, influencing the product roadmap accordingly.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional offerings such as partnerships and features to EOs.
Support efforts to enhance efficiency by developing streamlined systems and processes, although this is a lower priority and typically initiated from a central perspective.
About you
Technically savvy with the ability to articulate product functionality effectively.
Experienced in cross-team collaboration, project management, and relationship-building.
Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Executive presence, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
Comfortable with ambiguity, willing to travel, and passionate about continual learning.
Inspired by our mission-driven approach, with a passion for the endurance industry.
Who We Are
Let’s Do This is the online company getting people offline.
We exist to inspire people across the world to come together and experience moments that make them feel alive. We’re currently going after mass participation sports events (Marathons, Triathlons, 10Ks, 5Ks, swim races), where we’re proud to be the global leader.
We’re at a super exciting and rapid stage of our development. We now take over 1.5 million bookings every year, driving growth for our industry from large-scale races like the UK’s London Marathon Events, Great North Run and San Francisco’s Bay To Breakers to hero races like the Hackney Half, Peachtree Road Race, the London Triathlon, or grassroots races like those from RunThrough.
We’ve grown exponentially in the UK since our launch in 2017 and are now in the process of expanding within the US market with the same energy our brand represents. We’ve raised $90M to date and were the fastest growing company on YCombinator, and our investors also include Tier 1 VCs NFX, EQT, and legendary individuals Serena Williams and Usain Bolt.
