The Role

This is your two-year fast track to founder or commercial leader. You’ll be embedded at the heart of our business, working side by side with our CEO and senior commercial leaders to break open markets, close serious revenue, and build a deep understanding of what it takes to run and scale a business. You’ll pitch directly to organisers, test go-to-market strategies, and own outcomes from day one. By the end of the program, you’ll either step into a senior internal leadership role or get support from us to launch your own startup.

This is not a typical job. It’s a hands-on, high-intensity, real-world MBA in building a business and you’ll earn every win. This is for future operators, entrepreneurs, and elite closers who want to learn by doing fast, hard, and with impact.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO and commercial team to identify and scale new market opportunities

• Develop and execute outbound strategies to win over event organisers

• Pitch, close, and expand accounts with organisers of endurance, fitness, and experience events

• Build commercial playbooks and iterate fast based on data and real-world feedback

• Travel regularly for face-to-face meetings to get deals over the line

• Take ownership of revenue targets and prove your market’s potential

• Graduate into a senior internal commercial role or launch your own startup with our network support

About you

• You’re entrepreneurial by nature: a builder, a problem-solver, and someone who gets energy from chasing down opportunities

• You thrive in high-intensity environments: long hours and steep learning curves energise you. You’ve likely worked in recruitment, startups, sales, or IB and want to escape the ladder and build your own.

• You’re obsessed with winning: not just working hard, but delivering outcomes. You’re competitive, tenacious, and know how to close.

• You’re commercially sharp: quick on your feet in a pitch, confident in a negotiation, and always looking for angles to unlock value.

• You’re coachable: hungry to learn from proven operators and grow into a leader yourself.

We’ve grown exponentially in the UK since our launch in 2017 and are now in the process of expanding within the US market with the same energy our brand represents.
